Crunchy chickpeas

I’m a snack kinda girl. Popcorn, biscuits, crisps pretzels you name it I like it. Whilst a big fan of feeding those cravings ad not placing judgments on the types of food that you eat. I do think it’s important to make the best choices when you can. So when I found out that I could make this Chickpeas snack I knew I had to share, packed with protein and crunch these are deliciously addictive.


1 can of chickpeas

1 Tbs olive oil

Half a teaspoon of the following


Ground pepper


Cayenne pepper



Rinse and strain your chickpeas. Leave to dry for a couple of minutes before mixing with oil in a bowl.

Then add all your seasoning and place in the oven for 35 mins at 400F turning frequently.
